Help with Bolt/Stud

Need help finding the name of these/where to buy them. I need to replace about 6 of them and cannot find what they are called. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Depending on the application, you could probably use a "T"bolt, look it up under anchors in a fastener supply company. We call those a captured bolt around here, but I don't know if that is the proper name.

Looks like it was from an old water valve. You sure it didn't have two arms at one time? Or that's it's not something like a machine table screw with a handle welded onto it? Looks a bit like acme-type threads too, regular bolt or screw won't work

Application was for in a rail so you could put it in a round hole and it would wedge against the rail so you could tighten/loosen. I may make them. Someone told me it's a flag bolt.

Yeah, where the frame mounts to the body. The two rails under the doors. They went in some of the unused holes and that's where my rocker guards mount.
