Yall need to put this on you tube. Im expecting alot more of this on the forum seeing how members are selling their Z28s to upgrade or for whatever reasons and these cars are priced within the range of the general public now so its a situation we have to overlook. Anyway welcome to the Forum. No disrespect intended. Stay safe.

The 6th gen ZL1/1LE is the new Z/28 for the masses. From what I have read it will kick asses and take names.
It's going to be up to Chevy if they are going to produce a 6th gen Z/28.

If you follow the history of the Z/28 from the 1st gen to the 5th gen they were all designed and built to race within a specific class. Thus they were not always the fastest cars, but handled to the nth degree. They were also all street legal.
The 5th gen Z/28 was so good the sanctioning body began placing restrictions on it. First to go were the carbon-fiber brakes. That wasn't enough so they began to limit the engine intake area. So much so that it became a joke on the straights. Put a sock over your mouth and inhale stupid.

The GT4.R is the new Z/28 for racing, but it is not street legal.
It is in a different class now so Chevy doesn't want to name it Z/28.
Camaro GT4.R Customer Program Confirmed

The restrictions got so bad that the race weight was 4000lbs one race I watched. The ST class cars was passing the Z/28's on the straights. They even went as far a lowering the piston count on the brakes. Talking about restrictions galour

Nice vid and I really liked the music at the intro.

Was there no sound for the on-track portion at the end of the vid? I could not hear anything and thought maybe it was my computer?

Thank you!! The track portion had a lot of wind noise so I turned it way down, definitely not your computer!

I have a 2015 Z/28 that I just got and plan to do some HPDE track days. What set-up parameters did you use for your Aim Solo 2? Did you use the OBD II connector? Did you have any issues? I am getting one and want to set it up correctly.
