When the gen 5 came out and I saw the taillights, the first thing I thought was they're trying to emulate the Corvette. I bought a 14' because of the price, not the lights.

Stock, the earlier ones look good. I will say the C7 style from AutoAddicts look pretty good as well, if you're going more modern.

No reason to debate the front ends since the Z/28 is the best and it was only in '14 and '15. Not being biased, just stating fact.
