Upgrades from Frankenstein Engine Dynamics

I somehow got tied up in a thread over on Camaro6 talking about this, but 2 weeks ago I had a great conversation with the crew over at Frankenstein Engine Dynamics, 48 hours later my car was on trailer from Phoenix to Weatherford Tx. I should have final dyno numbers within 48 hours but here is a quick look at what was/is being done.

We had some dyno numbers from late last week but fuel delivery was an issue - SOO we upgraded fuel pump and injectors

Frankenstein Stage 1 LS3 Heads
Frankenstein Stage 1 Cam Shaft
Circle D Single Disc Torque Converter
Frankenstein Ported Stock Intake Manifold
Frankenstein Ported Stock Throttle Body
ZL1 Fuel Pump
LS9 Fuel Injectors
10% Underdrive Pulley
LS7 Lifters
LS2 Lifter Trays
FED Pushrods
Rocker Arms with Trunnion Upgrade
Head Gaskets
Front Cover Gasket
ARP Head Bolts

Pre-Frankenstein Mods
2” Texas Speed Long Tube Headers
Vararam Cold Air Intake
2.5” Inch Cat Back Flowmaster Exhaust
E85 Conversion

Can't wait to see final numbers.

For those of you on instagram - you can listen to how she sounded before - Zapp_it_ss

Quick question, was really easier to disassemble the engine in the Chassis versus pulling the motor

I'm 99.9% sure they didn't pull the motor. Maybe one of the boys at Frankenstein will see this and confirm.

I'm presuming "Frankenstein" is just a cool name. In the monster AND guitar world, it means cobbled together from old and spare parts. (think Eddie Van Halen's first guitar he made from parts and pieces) Is that the theme here, used parts?

Well Chris Frank is the owner, so I would have to imagine that is where the name comes from Definitely not your "typical" Frankenstein of throwing a bunch of old and spare parts together. Their heads are amazing.

I can tell you that the service and communication has been unreal. I have worked with Chris Holland, Jeff and Russ. They have all been amazing and extremely helpful with the build. They didn't push anything on me and definitely took the consultative approach to help point me toward the end goal.
