Twin turbo 1le vs Nitrous Viper

I'll be running him @ 12psi (~750whp). He owns a gen5 2014 viper. His setup consists of headers, intake, and a 150 shot. Will be from 60-140. What do you guys think the outcome will be? I'll have a passenger weighing 200lbs as well.
AGP Twin turbo kit, base 54/57 Borg Warner turbos, TSP stage 4 N/A cam, AGP twin 430lph e85 pump fuel system w/ flex fuel sensor, 1000cc FIC injectors, Grimm speed manual boost controller. (830 rwhp 778 rwtq @ 15.5 psi)

As long as you can hook, I think you will be good. Why just 12psi?

I think he'll take you, if not, then it'll be really close. Those vipers are nasty!

Just looked, weight is 3354 to 3431. Rated at 640 bhp. It will be a good race.
