Just took my car in and showed them the bubble in above the radio. They immediately mentioned a TSB and lucky me they had the part. They replaced the panel only and not the entire dash. Looks great.

An update for those who might be holding off on the fix in case they think it will be just as bad having a replacement.
I've had my replacement for almost a year now (replaced in August of 2012, right before Camarofest) and my replacement is still flawless. No bubble or signs of a bubble. Very happy with the looks now. Sorry for the night pic. Driving right now. (Posted at a red light though!)

Here is mine I took this morning but the site went down. It was bubbling last summer but now here is how it looks.

That's kind of like mine. It lost the adhesion evenly above the radio and you can't tell bubbles were there. However, the upper right corner where it curves down around the radio has a slight visible bubble. I'm wondering if that will come loose during the summer and appear more even. If not, I'll probably get a 2nd replacement piece in the fall.

Mine started to bubble next to the radio. I took it to Dealer (Carl Black Kennesaw Ga) they ordered me a new dash piece. My dealer is great to work with.

They replaced mine today. It looks great. Took about 20minutes once they got started.

Finally had mine replaced yesterday. New one looks good, except along the right edge of the vent piece. I need to adjust it, as the leather overlaps the plastic a bit too much.
Dealer had my car about 2 hours. I think mine was the first one they've done, by the way they talked.
