Crazy kid in the neighhborhood!

Right now, there are several police patrolling the neighborhood right now with one cause! To catch the masturbating boy! I am completely honest, this kid has been seen around the neighborhood the past few weeks exposing himself while wearing a black mask, masturbating. He has shown his "parts" to small children too. He was at the park right by my house doing this again and someone called the cops. He is on the run somewhere (massive neighborhood) and might have a gun. We went outside and talked to our neighbors and were told to go inside by the sheriff because they have the kid's pants and bike. They are gonna bring the dogs out and we may ruin the scent. It's Harris County Police though, they'll find him.

Well, we live in a nice neighborhood, so it's not like we are ghetto or anything. Just an odd kid, and yes, I am being 100% honest.

okay... shoot him in the leg or foot - it'll make him easy to catch & won't look as bad

well, that'll definitely be a reminder - that lead poisons if left in the leg too long
he'll definitely never forget the hole it left either
