zl1 fuel pump swap

I just installed my new zl1 fuel pump I ordered from summit racing. part #19303293... I have a 2014 2ssrs m6. the pump I took out of my car has the excact numbers as the new pump? does anyone know if the 2014 ss comes with the same pump as the zl1? if so all I had to buy was my adm fpcm.. or did I just get another ss pump by accident/error? so confused

Your car does not come factory with a ZL1 pump. Unless 1LE. The latest ZL1 pump assy is part number 13586050 or 19258436/192650557 (AC Delco numbers). GM changes part numbers often. Not sure about the number you posted.

Edit: Some sites do show your number as a ZL1 pump.

Regarding your ADM FPCM; If you have a tuner guy, HPtuners can now write ZL1 data to your current FPCM. The pressure data in the PCM is going to need tuning anyway to get the 65psi

K thanks the pump i purchased is rated at 65psi and 205 lph. I had talked to my tuner about the hp tuners changing the fpcm he had not done it and was not sure if he could access it with the ss computer. Some think only the zl1 computer have access to the fpcm.. So better safe then sorry i got the adm fpcm..

Tell your tuner to download the latest version of hptuners (3.6) has the fpcm features. When he reads your tune file, there will be a tab for fpcm. copy zl1 data to it and write. The software does not actually read the fpcm. HPtuners is only providing what should be the stock data based on your pcm operating system. It's write only.. If you already have the module you're still good.

I have found while shopping for brakes, that too many of those places (summit included) do not properly list what parts fit what model for the 5th gen.

So does 2014+ Camaro SS have zl1 fuel pump. I am looking at fuel systems and want a squash but if I can run a DSX fuel system with E85 and 1050x Injectors and be good for 1000rwhp on e85 I will go that route. Don't plan on making That much but also don't want to have to upgrade down the road.

The ZL1 fuel pump does not come in the SS. Unless your SS is the 1LE, in which case it has it. The latest ZL1 pump part number is 13592334.

Dave's AUX kit is advertised to support over 1200 HP

I can't explain shoeSS' s fuel pump issue. I put a ZL1 pump in the wife's 2SS. The factory one I took out was not a ZL1 pump

Was it a 14+ and have npp option. Bc if the DSX fuel system with E85 and 1050x Injectors and whatever pump that is in mine I want to make sure it will support 1000rwhp

i read it somewhere else........but can't find it. check with your GM parts supplier, they will tell you which pump comes in each model.
