Throwing code po170

Hey all,
I was driving today and my ck engine light came on. Ran the codes and came up with PO170 and its blubbering at idle, running rich as heck ran me out of the garage its so strong. Its a 416 stroker with the stock intake , injectors and tb. that had 160,000 mi on them. So im thinking a stuck injector , gona pull the plugs and have a look at them when cools off.
If i replace the injectors and go larger do i need to retune, if so i may go back with stock? Appreciate any info!

If you change the injectors you will need a tune

If I go with stock gm injectors ,would that still apply?

No tune if get the same injectors... you asked about larger ones initially
