Quick Pulley Setup questions

Ok getting ready to go to the 9.1 LPE lower on my ATI dampener. I have the 2.55 upper.

Is anyone running the relocation bracket with the LPE 100mm idler pulley?
Any issues before I replace the factory idler setup?
Belt Size recommendation?

I will be installing larger injectors at the same time (please see sig for current setup)

Thanks!

The Idler Relocation bracket is your best option; better than using the 50mm idlers IMO. It will be fine with stock idlers + relocation bracket.

I'd recommend a 67.5" Gates belt. K080675HD.

This page is very helpful: https://www.havocspeed.com/documenta...er-belt-guide/

Good luck!

If you replace HD with RPM on the gates belt number, you'll get the Racing version that hold up well. That is what I moved to even with my grip tech 2.45/9.17 combo... Since I do road course...

Thanks for the help! I do not wanna go to the 50mm pulleys, I would like to add a 100mm upper idler pulley to get more belt wrap on the upper SC pulley. This one to be exact:

Yes I use the LPE Idler, just be careful of the belt sizes there were a couple of data sheets out there with different belt sizes, I believe this is the newest. Also you will find many have problems even with the recommended belts on this chart. I had to go .5 more to get it on and the tensioner was almost at max.

That failed last year as the bracket completely snapped at a light so I got lucky. Had that happened at the track I would have been buying sheet metal..
