Add one more to the list that doesn't need a HUD. I never look at my speed, anyway.

If you track your car you'll soon discover it's a MUST. BTW I set my vette up to track OIL PSI via my DIC and analog gauge and OIL PSI in the HUD. That way I get to monitor both TEMP and PSI w/o taking my hands off the wheel.

The SHIFT indicator is nice too. Having the audio and Nav integrated in the HUD is another bonus.

Having a HUD, dimmed down during night driving with all the other gauges turned off is one of the safer ways to drive that I have found. Even at a $2k premium I would add this for aftermarket.

I had one on my nissan 240sx back in 91, it was fun for a month then you barely look at it. It really seems like a option that really isn't needed. Besides, if you have time to look at the speedometer you're not going fast enough!!

You had the old version of HUD. I know it was revamped years later

I know a girl that was part of the focus group. She says that the HUD is planned to be on the 2011.

HUD is definitely something i would LOVE to have on my car. although to be honest since this has both a digital speedometer and nondigital, i think i will be fine. i just like knowing my EXACT speed. i hardly notice my hud at all anymore, but i do only use that when i'm checking my speed!

We have HUD on our 09 Vette convertible and love it. Every car should have it in my humble opinion. If it was available on the Camaro, I would get it without hesitation.

HMMMM.... I'm spending a LOT of $$$ upgrading everything on the car... I am keeping this one! My mods will total more than the price of the car when I am done.

BTW.. I owned a LOT of new Corvette's. the HUD is a cool option and worth every penny. No need to look down - It is awsome! Car needs to be ordered with it.. not a retro part.

The dash, metal under the dash, camera and windshield are different to add HUD.
