5th Gen ZL1 vs 6th Gen SS 1LE, daily drive and track

So I have a rare opportunity to have all of my cars sold and that potentially puts me in the market for a new set of wheels. I have narrowed it down to two cars, a stock 2013 ZL1 and a stock 2017 SS 1LE. Both are manual cars and both can be had for under 40k.

Problem one: Since I am shipping whatever I own (My 2012 2SS, ZL1, or SS 1LE) to Abu Dhabi, heat is a concern (Not in favor of the ZL1). My intent to do open track events (Yas Marina) at the track there on my off time.

Problem two: The pile of parts i have accumulated to increase my track performance of the 2012. None of it is installed, but here is a list:
-Stainless Works 2" performance connect headers and matching chambered exhaust
-PFADT solid cradle bushings
-JPSS rear sway, caster locks, and front inserts
-Z28 rear knuckles, upper rear control arm bushings, and links
-New set of spun forged wheels with MPSS rubber
-I have an appointment for a tune at Peitz Performance Tunes

Most of that will bolt on my ZL1 so I guess the ZL1 swings in favor towards my parts bin. The other option is save the trouble and keep what I got.

Yes I am aware the bias will be towards the ZL1 on this forum and I have read a lot of comparisons with 6th gen SS, but not a 6th gen SS 1LE.

What say you Camaro5?

If you decide to sell it in Abu Dhabi what has better resale/desirability?

I'd go with the 6th Gen SS 1LE. Looks way better in my opinion and word on the street is they will give a stock 5th gen ZL1 a run for its money. And all your parts are desirable, shouldn't have an issue making some money back on those if you sell them on here.
