so, if you were buying an exhaust now??

which one would you pick?. I know there are tons of threads and opinions out there, but my question is more about quality and perception of quality when it comes to exhaust systems in general?. not necessarilly what you already have on your car (unless you think its great), but you all perceive as the best exhaust out there regardless of price?. Borla, Magnaflow, Corsa, Flowmaster or someone else?. and why?. quality of the parts used, fit , sound most pleasing all around or something else.. I'm looking into different options and want more info then just "oh its killer" go get one type comments.. thanks in advance

I would get the gm dual mode exhaust hands down.
It sounds incredible with headers while not being too loud when you dont want it to be. It also has no annoying frequencies like a lot of the others.

Magnaflow FTW!

I listened to several audio clips online and I narrowed my choices down to the ARK DTS or N2 catback or the Magnaflow Competition #16580. In the end I chose the Magnaflow and I couldn't be happier!

To be it really depends on if its a daily drive or not.

Drone is a problem to some also. some of the best sounding systems tend to drone.

Definitely Corsa, I still think Flowmaster sounds the absolute best, but Corsa is a much better quality exhaust system

I saw a cutaway of a corsa muffler recently.
Are they all THAT full of steel baffles? They must be some heavy mufflers this being the case...

Magnaflow 3" or, what I have now, mbrp 3". I may end up doing a muffler delete still.

Stainless Works Retro Chambered. I see and hear a lot of systems in my line of work and that is my personal favorite.

I voted Flowmaster, but if I had to do it all over again (which unfortunately I have to), I would get the SW Retro Chambered.

That sounds fantastic! Would you happen to know if the car in this clip has long tube headers, cats, etc.? Just trying to get an idea of how that would sound on my car.
