Steve, hope you're recovering well. I have a 2013 Camaro 2SS. I just have a question about a trans tune. I have the HP TUNER and have tuned my car with it. I'm well versed in tuning but have never tackled a trans tune. I just want to stiffen up the 1-2 shift but have heard bumping the pressure is not a good idea. What's the best way to accomplish my goal? Any tips?
Thanks.

If anyone is on the fence about dealing with a custom tune by email, I am here to give my .02 cents worth. I went with RDP for a custom tune and DynoSteve didn't disappoint! My car was tuned by someone else previously but something was just not right. The tune wasn't bad it just was running on the rich side and felt little sluggish on the accelerator. I bought the SCT tuner and free lifetime custom tunes from RDP. Got my tuner in on a Thursday night, downloaded my tune at about 9:00 pm, uploaded it to Steve and had the customer tune back in about 45 minutes(that's what I call service). I can tell you the difference is Wow! She doesn't burn rich, idles better and when I put my foot in it holy cow does she move!
Best money spent so far! Steve at RPD answers all your questions whether you're a novice or not. The service there is outstanding.

Mr Steve, I wish you a speedy recovery!

When downloading the stock tune from the vehicle on the sct x4 is it normal for the service stabilitrac and engine power reduced to show up momentarily on the DIC? Both came up as I was downloading my stock tune onto the programmer but went away after the download was complete and I started the vehicle. Thanks in advance.

I originally had a tune from Steve for my JBA shorty headers and high flow cats. I recently picked up a set of Kooks long tube headers and high flow cats and plan on installing this weekend so I emailed Steve this morning for a revised tune and he sent me a revised tune within a hour of my email. You can't beat the service RDP provides and the tunes are amazing! They really wake the car up!
