if i had $55-60k to drop in a car, that 2014 gt500 looks like it would eat just about every other stock vehicle on the road... (minus exotics)

that thought led me to drool over owning a 2014 aventador....but at close to $400,000....you better have a $2+ mil/year salary to afford such a car...or a ****load of money in the bank....come on powerball

Easy.
It would be much easier to put it all in the trunk and then sit around and drink beer.

I've gone, and I get food and sit in the shade.. I really wanted to run this saturday, but I doubt I will have my wheels/tires etc mounted and on by then.. unless I go burn off the snow tires but I want another winter out of them

haha i am sure all the SS guys feel the same way about the v6 guys too..
I can throw a supercharger and a nos kit and be faster than a ss on a track.. but it still wont be a ss at the end.

We take the Cobra to Salem. PRP sucks for us with the city of Pittsburgh and all the traffic in the way.

Salem you will have the altitude adjustment though. So you're gonna lose a couple hundredths.

When NHRA still held their Division 3 race there, they used to bump the indexes a little to help...

Super Street 10.90 -> 10.99
Super Gas 9.90 -> 9.98
Super Comp 8.90 -> 8.97

So you're gonna give a little ET up by going there.

I'm not worried about a slow track, as we race against ourselves at Salem. It's always about trying to squeeze a 10 out of the car. So we compete (we being my father and I) against our time slips and we've proven that the car can do. At this point, trust me... It's not the car that can't get tens. It's the loose nut behind the wheel that is holding things back.
