I did the same thing, I ran longer front wideband o2's on my GT500 from a SVT Raptor when I did headers.

My header studs came in on Friday. I am waiting for the O2 sensors to drop from $57/ea. back to $50 on Amazon (I'll be running longer Corvette sensors rather than extensions) and then they'll be on their way. I still need my motor/trans mounts from WS6store and new oil pump & timing set from Rich. Coming along slowly but surely!

Cam install is the same for my car as your 5th gens except you have a bit more room in the front (I need to yank the radiator). You're free to stop by anytime to learn more, Brendan. Hell, you should have been there when I did my power steering cooler, underdrive pulley, and pulled my rockers.

DemonSpeed,

Mind sharing the part numbers or the Corvette year that has the 02 sensors with the longer pigtails?

I can't promise these will work for 5th gens, but they are ACDelco 213-810 (GM 19178933). They are the rear oxygen sensors for the Corvette with a supposedly stronger [heater] element

Summit has crank pulley bolts from GM for $5 each (Chevrolet Performance Harmonic Balancer Bolts 12557840) I'm going to use a new one to push the pulley on, remove and toss it and use another new one to take to final TQ.

Summit has the factory GM ex manifold gaskets for $12 each. Chevrolet Performance Exhaust Manifold Gaskets 12617944.

I'm not sure what other gaskets I'll need for the Kenne Bell install, I may have to get into it and see what gaskets are reuseable rubber and what is paper that needs to be scraped off and replaced. I'm trying to tighten up the loose ends.

Looking at Lethal Racing, I think I'll need:
Front Cover Gasket ? Part Number.
2x Water Pump Gaskets AC Delco 251663
Front Crank Seal ? Part Number.
2 Valve Cover Gaskets. ? Part Number.

The KB intake has the rubber rectangle seals to the heads, these are new. KB mentioned a lower intake gasket, I have not yet found this.

Do any of you happen to have the Crane Cams 99475-1 valve spring compressor tool for the LS series? I would likel to rent it rather than pay the full $120 for it.

That would be 2000 - 2003 Corvette 5.7L down stream. Rock Auto has a bunch of cheap off brand versions.

It's highly advised not to use a stock crank bolt to pull the crank pulley on as it's simply not very long. That is, only a couple of threads will grab -- if that -- and one can strip the crank snout. I purchased a specific tool for this job:

The factory bolt is torque-to-yield, and requires 240ftlbs (or the snout recessed 2.1mm-4.00mm) if one is following the service manual. However, since most don't have torque wrenches that go that high, I actually determined that as long as the crank snout is recessed 1/8"-3/16" then that is where it needs to be. The torquing is to just ensure it's pushed into the seal enough -- yet aligned with all of the accessories:

You're also correct in needing two water pump gaskets (12630223), timing cover gasket (12585673), and front crank seal (12585673). Please note these are part numbers for a LS1 -- not sure if there are any changes with the LS3. You won't need new valve cover gaskets, especially with your super low miles.

Summit just dropped of the trick flow ls valve spring compressor and compressed air hose to retain valves this morning. My springs are supposed to be in any day, but youre welcome to borrow them once I get them in.

I ran to Wright Chevrolet in Ambridge after work and picked up all of the gaskets and the crank bolt. Done.

I stopped at Autozone and they have a damper installation tool by OEM (who the hell is that?) For $45.

Also, Kenne Bell said i would need to get a lower intake gasket. I believe that it would be the one highlighted Orange in the photo below? If so, it's $45.

I don't know what that OEM kit is, but I rented (for free) a set [different brand] from Advance. You need a 3-jaw puller like Chrysler uses. Either way, none of the over-the-counter kits have the correct pieces to install the crank pulley. You can borrow my balancer tool if you'd like. edit: I looked that OEM kit up and it looks like it *might* work as it's similar to the tool I have, but I dunno...

That gasket you have highlighted is the valley cover gasket. Unless you're pulling the valley cover, that doesn't need replaced. Further, it's a metal/rubber type gasket that can also be reused if necessary. The only intake gaskets are #514 of which there are 8 individual gaskets - one for each runner. I'm not sure one can buy them individually. The gasket kit would also come with two #513 which is a pad for the front and rear underside of the manifold to help keep moisture from the knock sensors. Either way, with your mileage, I find it odd that you couldn't reuse them -- unless the roots blower provisions are a little bigger.

Ok, i have the new blue rubber rectangle intake port gaskets. I wonder what the "lower intake gasket" is that kb was talking about? I guess I'll figure it out once i year into it.

I didn't get those #513 pads, so I'll need to order those i suppose.

Just like everything else, with your low miles you'll probably be fine to reuse them. They don't "come off" as they at attached with glue. So, if you peel them off then you'll definitely need new ones, lol.

Here's a pic (note I used Fel-Pro gaskets which is why they're orange rather than blue or gray):
