Yes. All four pieces are included.

The ABL kit I have is for those dash inserts.

Here are some photos.
One of the clips from the small dash piece fell inside my dash. If I can get it out, I'll include it. If not, a small clip will be needed. The piece is fine.

Got them from Chevy Parts Plus.
I believe they were around $80 shipped.

Instructions for installing the ABL is available on Camaro5.com; just search ABL install and it should pop up. If you can't find it, I'll search it for you.

Sorry, but the sill plates were just sold.

The trim kit and ABL is still available for now but is getting a lot of interest.
