Christmas Shopping for Ladies along the Panhandle

Christmas along the Panhandle….for the Camaro Ladies.

After Thanksgiving we will have 3 Saturdays left to shop for Christmas, Dec. 4, 11, & 18. I don’t know about the other Camaro Ladies in the Panhandle and surrounding areas, but I LOVE TO SHOP! And Christmas shopping is the best time, because I get to shop, shop, shop for others and not feel guilty for spending money on myself. I also love Christmas and getting out in the mix. Getting a hot chocolate and sipping it while I walk, Smiling at a grumpy person and holding a door open for them or just saying “Merry Christmas” to someone I don’t even know is fun to me. Watching the kids and their excitement is just amazing. <Plus, (and most of all) I love the Reason for the Season.> Tusk, the hubby, prefers to walk in, buy the first thing he sees, and go home. Woohoo, how fun….(He might resemble the Grinch during any given shopping excursion.) So you see, I would like to have some other joyous shoppers to shop with. (In Tusk’s defense, at least he shops for me in a jewelry store and not a hardware store.) The trunks by themselves on our Camaros will hold quite a bit of loot, so if we fold down the backseats we should be able to do a decent day’s shopping!

Saturday, December 4th is also the Jaycee's parade in Panama City, which if you have signed up for , should be a lot of fun. We could hold our first shopping day there, either before or after the parade.

If any other Ladies would like to join me, for these "mini meet n greets" , I would love to meet y'all and spend each Saturday out and about in the hustle and bustle in a different city, Tallahassee, Panama City, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola, Mobile, or even Foley, Alabama. Where ever the best shopping is; I am open for suggestions. I am only acquainted with Destin and FortWalton, so please open my eyes to some new shops. Which cities have the best shopping?

Tell your husbands or significant others to just hand over the card and hit the road. Come shopping with me!! and let’s light up some faces with our classy Camaros, get our shopping done, meet n greet, and spread some Christmas Cheer!

P.S.--I also think it will be fun to roll up in a line of 10 or so Camaros and as spectators drool over the cars, our group of lovely Ladies of the Panhandle exit our vehicles and spread some cheer (and make their jaws drop even further. )

Ok, we all want to shop, but we all have commitments too. I'm finding out that December has slapped me in the face and suddenly booked itself without my knowledge.
December 4th, this Saturday, we have the PC Jaycees parade in which we need to be lined up by 1 and sit til the parade at 5. Shopping could still take place that morning for everyone else, but I have to be in FWB for Lil' Tusk's soccer game. He and I should be able to join up with everyone at the parade line up though.
December 11th we could shop in Destin and FWB; we do not currently have any day plans scheduled. December 18th is the rut in MS, so Lil' Tusk and I will be headed up there the week before through Christmas to try again to get a deer.
Feel free to use this thread to set up shopping the morning of Dec. 4th. I would love to be there, but family has to come first.
December 11th we could meet up at the Destin Commons at about 10 a.m. and start there. We also have the Silver Sands Factory Outlets in Destin, Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, and then in Fort Walton Beach there is the Santa Rosa Mall.

The 11th is our anniversary. (17yrs) I can come over, shop and follow Regina back when she's ready to go. I think that time frame will work for me.

Keep a watch on the southeast threads! We do stuff together all the time. Maybe you could vaca over here when we have one. We'd love to have you join us!
