Warning ***

The 18 X 4 donut spare tire GM part# 1257799
does not fit the ZL1 Camaro as stated on camaro5.

The 18 inch wheel will not clear the front Brembo brake caliper
I just tested it on my ZL1 and it will not fit. !
Apparently there is no official GM spare tire donut for the ZL1.

If you are wanting spare wheels that will clear the brakes, the cts-v spare setup will work.

They claim to resolve the break issue.

Well, has anyone ever figured this out? Anyone who can ID actual part numbers by manufacturer with rims sizes etc to clear the front calipers? Also... would hope the combo would fit on the rear as well for emergency use only (vs being towed to drama land). I see many are using Weld rims with skinnies as drag setup. Is this without modifying the calipers or downsizing them? Any help from those in the "know" appreciated! Looking for reliable DONUT solution as well!

try these, they are the 2010 parts
92236233 (jack w/ labels)
13503936 (wrench-j/hook style)
25892542 (handle)
25892541 (strap)
92200810 (tool container)
GM donut wheel (18x4) is #92230888
Tire T155/70R18: 26.5" diameter, I got it from maxxis
I got the spacer from www.adaptitusa.com, 5 X 120 to 5 X 120 (2.5 thick) with 14 X 1.50 studs

everything fits in the trunk well except the spacer

If any of you ZL1 Owners or sponsors knows if the rim/tire combo offered as part # 19257799 will work and fit ALL corners of the ZL1, please let us know! It's about a $250 cost... cheaper than a tow truck and interrupted trip.

Since this IS ZL1 specific request, I hope MODS will see this as a ZL1 specific topic and not move the thread. Thanks in advance.
I understand that Modern Spare has a tire that will work on our ZL-1's - Go to Modern Spare.com for more info
