The problem with that is... The Halo Version of the Corvette is Untouchable for the Camaro, plain and Simple.

Should it be a "Corvette"?

Supposedly pre-production has begun at Bowling Green. 40 units built since July.

In 2018 the Camaro and Corvette shared the same LT1 and the LT4 as the top engine. I remember reading from some here that neither would happen

Doesn't really matter what engine they put in the Camaro now, it will never be as track capable as the new MR Vette.

You knew that the Z06 wasn't going to be the Halo car of the entire C7 line up in all it's life cycle. They share base, they share midcards, but they never share top dogs

Updated render with the leaked fascia.

Not a big fan of the rear quarter panel duct shape, seems a bit offensive to the flow of the car.

I try to avoid judging on fan renderings. Details make a big difference. And often one of 2 things tends to happen: either the real one disappoints because it doesn't live up to the greatness of the (unrestricted) imagination of the renderer; OR the render sucks & it sours me on the real product before I even it.
So now, whenever I see a speculative render I just dismiss it as such.
