Best Dealer In The North East?

I'm not very familiar with the reputable Chevy dealerships in the north east. I live on Long Island, NY and really have no idea where I should buy my Camaro from. I'm willing to travel up to 150 miles or so if necessary. Any dealership recommendations for me?

Michigan is almost 'North East' - Talk to Becky. She may be able to help you with transportation.

Becky
Just map quested Rodgers Chevrolet. You are about 622.25 miles from me, or about 10 hours. That's a bit too much of a hike for me. I wouldn't hesitate for a second coming to you if it weren't for the distance. I'm always so far away from these forum dealers

You can try Barton Birks in Newburgh Ny. That's where I got mine! About an hour north of the city.

Dude, let's put it this way. I'm on LI as well and buying from Becky, I will fly in and drive home. Maybe we should get them at the same time and Gumball rally home lol

I have bought MANY new cars on the island and to get a good deal on a Launch car
Such as this is not going to happen. Also sometimes even if I could get the same deal, it's just not worth the battle and time it will take to pull that off locally.

Becky has always been helpful and understanding in the years I have now known her.

I know, there aren't any local dealers around here that are any good for some reason. Especially chevrolet dealers. Before I bought my 2014 Shelby, I was looking at the new Stingrays. I went to Paul Conte Chevrolet in Freeport where they had 2 on the floor. I was looking around the car with a friend of mine and had to search for somebody to show me the car. One person I asked said I had to ask this other guy and pointed to someone sitting down next to a desk on his cell phone. I walked up to him and he said can I help you, while still on the phone, then proceeded to talk on the phone. I said yeah, would you be able to show me the C7 Corvette you have on the floor? He said "hold on one sec" to whoever he was on the phone with, pulled the phone away from his mouth and just said "no" and continued talking on the phone. I had to leave before I set the place on fire. I was so mad and insulted. That's where I started looking for Shelbys and ended up buying mine from York Ford in Massachusetts, which was by far my best car buying experience I ever had.

So I don't mind traveling. Over 600 miles may be a bit tough. I'll have to see when the time comes, maybe I will be able to fly there and drive back.

Banks Chevrolet in nh. Only saying this because when the 5th gen first came out they were one of the only dealerships around that were not asking over msrp.

Not too far from me, I may have to check them out. MacMulkin by me seems priced really high from looking through their used gen 5 Camaro's and used C6/7's.

But I wouldn't mind flying to TX to see Beez or MI to see Becky, either

I was thinking that, they are within a more than reasonable distance from me. Would they be as good with the Camaro as they are with the Vette? I know they specialize in Corvettes.

There is no such thing as "too far" for Becky. She delivered our car to South Florida and you will not find someone more knowledgeable and friendly.

I'm in NH and got my Camaro through Becky and did a courtesy delivery at a local dealer. Great experience and will go through her again when I'm ready for my 6 Gen.

Oh wow, I thought that would be too far for Becky. About how much does the delivery set you back?
