L99 MTI Stage I Camshaft $200
I will be pulling my MTI installed and tuned Stage I uni-cam from my camaro. I am installing heads and cam package and a LS3 conversion kit.
So lucky camaro owners out there looking for a much more aggressive and lopey sounding camaro get this sweet upgrade for only 200$. Does Not need a stall converter on stock L99 engines. It is however a 3bolt cam, so L99s will need a 3bolt front swap. I can toss in a few parts for an extra charge if interested. Any questions PM me. or form thread. (following is from MTI Racing website)"At MTI Racing, we refer to this as the "Un-Cam" because it drives almost exactly like stock. This camshaft is designed specifically to take advantage of the awesome airflow potential of the LS3 cylinder head. Subsequent testing has revealed that it is also an excellent choice for L99 equipped automatic transmission Camaros. MTI Racing Stage 1 Camshaft Specs are: 223/231 .610/.617 Mild to Moderate idle sound and great performance. Best results achievable with Headers and Cold Air Induction. We suggest the use of Dual Springs with this camshaft. Price $389.00"

Are you able to share the performance you had with the cam? Hp and such? What other mods did you do inside the block when you got it? Springs, etc...?

Is this with the CAM, or before the cam?

That looks like a dyno without the cam. I would love to see how it sounds (I love a cammed car sound)

Actually I just found the forum they posted...
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=97497 This is my dyno sheet at MTI, and still making 22MPG! Granted thats their tune, but I am sure someone local can match it.
