How to remove wax from rear diffuser

I've read using a toothbrush and dish soap and scrub away. I've tried it and it didn't work.. Any other advice?

They are Adams's Polishes products.

APC = All Purpose Cleaner
VRT = Vinyl, Rubber, and Tire dressing

I had the same issue after waxing my car. I used a "Toothbrush with APC. Follow that up with VRT, you'll be good to go" as CAMARODREAMS07 said.
