You have to call your dealership to get the rail car number then follow this.

Example Rail car # ETTX710789

Call 877-744-7279
prompt #5
prompt #3
ask for location
give the car initials -(ETTX for example)
then the car #(710789 for example)
say done and listen to the
response. The system is
automated and at no time
should you talk to a person

No problem. I'm currently trying to verify through my dealership if I have the same rail car # as Kanman99. I tried out the process I gave you it works!

I'm using the car buying service USAA provides which adds a $750 incentive. I am getting my 2SS, 1LE, RS, NPP, for $39,xxxx. So, 1,000 bucks from Chevy and 750 from USAA. That'll be my TTL almost. Plus i'm putting a nice chunk down.

USAA car buying service is at: https://www.usaa.com/inet/pages/car_...kredirect=true

That is the thousand dollar question lol.
From the research I've done on the forum its usually 10 to 12 days to reach New England and specifically Massachusetts. I'm little further. Work will also play a factor most nights I'm at work till after dealers close.
If it arrives on the 13th I think I can play a two day stall. The 15th is a Wednesday and I'm off that day.
I've seen a couple occurrences where the offers started popping on the 12th and 13th but you're right, the 15th is the most consistent.
The 1k isn't a deal breaker but if I gotta wait an extra day or two, as much as it would drive me nuts, why wouldn't I?

I had your line of thinking last week when it was being built, but its not looking like I will be in line to use a $1,000 offer.
