I hope not. That would ruin the best part of the Z06. Keep it naturally aspirated or use a different badge. GM knew not to do that with the modern Z/28 which gave is the ZL1.

Was the 4.5 TT a DOHC motor or was it OHV?

Not sure if OHV or DOHC. The Corvettes hoodline being so low I can't see a DOHC engine fitting.

I'm pretty sure that's why they didn't go with a TTV6.

Maybe chit chat about how cool it will be if they announce it and that kind of stuff.

Shouldn't preclude you from starting a separate thread, "If GM does a Z28 should the badge be on the grill or on the fender?" or "I hope OnStar can't read the difference between the front tire revolutions and the back tire revolutions cuz then they'd know I was doing burn outs" or "Do you think they should offer door glass delete to save mass? A race car doesn't have side windows"

But mostly because I personally give Shnomac such a hard time and create so much stress in his life about the Z28 that I just wanted to create a place where he can come be among lots of friends to get him through this tough time.

So Shno's House of Z, OPEN For Business.

What'll you have tonight, sir?
B&B on the rocks with a Cohiba Behike BHK 52 and a round for the house!

Jim,

This was a great idea and I can't thank you enough for starting this thread. It is a wealth of information on the Zs mingled with the joys and sorrows of our lives.

Mac,

Look what you have done. Jim poured the foundation, but you are the nails and glue that hold the house together.

All,

The production life cycle of the 5th Gen is nearing the end and a new adventure coming with the 6th Gen. How time flies. Outside the House, many C5 members have moved on. New members come aboard. They don't replace those that have left. They carve out their own space. Here in the house, the core has remained stable and welcomed new house guests.

Bartender,

Another round for the House please.

In The House, you do have something offer. Here all thoughts and opinions are welcomed.

This truly has been a safe haven for like minded folk that can discuss pretty much everything and anything.

Hope you chime in more often, f5journal.
