Coolant/ heater core noise?

it seems like when my engine is cold you can hear a loud noise coming from behind the glove box. I have taken it to my local chevy dealer and they said its nothing to worry about. well its really annoying and i cant figure it out. ive tried adding coolant and that didn't do anything, so im really not sure what to do.

heres a video of the sound its making. this is the best i could do
