Time for a Tune Up?

I noticed a (bigger) hesitation when maneuvering thru freeway traffic and going to full throttle in my dead stock, California daily driver, 2014 L99, with 40k on the odometer. It hasn’t had any tuneup or tuning. Nada. Is it time for wires, plugs, MAF clean, etc.? Do I need to worry about a “weak” MAF? I read where some were saying the wires weren’t up to the job. I think the STP king’s kid was selling Camaro wires on YouTube.
Is it worth having Justin (Blackbear) tune it? I had him do a VMax truck in 09.

I would pm Dynosteve from RDP Store and get him to hook you up with a custom tune, he certainly made my car come alive and feel so much better and other than a cat back exhaust and rotofab mine it totally stock
