Help finding a used rear differential for 2013 Camaro 1LT manual

My rear differential is cooked and I’m having a hard time finding a used one that will fit. I have a 2013 Camaro 1LT with a manual transmission. Part number on my rear is 22928326 218mm 3.27 LSD. I’ve found a few used on eBay but they came out of automatic cars so even tho it’s the same part number I don’t think it will fit. Anyone know if they would work?

Any info on finding used rear diff will be appreciated.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the auto diff is different and you would need the rear half of driveshaft and back (all the way to hubs) to make it work, plus you'd lose your limited slip. Not sure where to find a diff - I don't believe you can even buy them new anymore - I guess GM thinks differentials don't fail? I was hoping to swap to a 1LE diff for the 3.91 gears but I guess I'll have to wait until a used one pops up, and then pay 10x what it's worth for shipping...

All the 218mm diffs use the same housing. Only the Z28 uses a different carrier, but even then the spline count is the same. If you have a manual V6, the auto SS diff should work. Hell G8 guys replace their 192mm diffs all the time with them.

2011 Vert - 416/w 230/236 .612/.602 115lsa, 1LE suspension w/32mm rear bar. Z28 diff. ZL1 brakes.
