As soon as I pass 1000rpm or so it quickly goes away. I’m wondering if 84404473 is truly the part that would fix this ticking issue as I’m looking to replace this myself.

Link to the part. Seems to be the only website that shows it in stock.

Unfortunately, because they show it on their website, doesn’t mean they have it in stock. Also, if you notice they are not taking new orders, only processing current ones.

Yes, I noticed a difference right away. It always seemed like there was a hesitation in the throttle response on a sudden hard acceleration. Well, there was, because I had a fluctuation in fuel pressure even at idle. The dealership told me when they put the gauge on the car, it was a major fluctuation. My tick was so loud while stopped at a light or stop sign, it was difficult to have a conversation with the wife. It was a completely different car once I got it fixed.

I dropped my 2023 ZLE off at my Chevy dealer today to have the fuel line replaced. Hopefully this works.

They ordered it for me and it took about 3 weeks to come in. My car only made the noise after driving it for a while. I probably won’t know if this fixes it until Spring. I’ll be bringing the car straight back to the garage when it’s done. The dealer said the line replacement was a 5 hour job according to book time. Seems weird but it does run most of the length of the car.

Got my car back from the dealer. It seems like it is fixed. Time will tell.

Great news. The fuel line must no longer be back ordered. My advisor is going to check with their parts guy next week and see if he can get a status on mine.

Great news. Also, since my line has been changed, I have had no issues

Hot damn! That was a long wait for you. Glad to hear you're finally able to get it fixed.

Since my last update I've not had any instances of fuel line rattle.

The lack of fuel line noise has however exposed some new noises/rattles, including a particularly annoying squeaky vibration coming from the right rear passenger seatbelt.

Yes it has been. They are still unsure that 84404473 is the fix. SMH.

My friend's '22 ZL1 had the right rear seat rattle too. It went away after some time of having his kid ride back there.

My steering wheel is still not clocked straight after an alignment and I have the imfamous rear bumper sag. Unexcusable for a $70k car but I am not buying a Mustang

My fuel line came in Thursday afternoon. Now waiting for a break in the weather and availability of the preferred tech to install. At least the lines are now available and shipping. I'll post the results of the repair.

Has any one yet done a DIY install on this thing? I want to avoid the dealer if at all possible and I don't mind purchasing the fuel line. Im more worried about draining/purging a pressurized fuel in the line, etc etc The line itself looks plug and play otherwise.
I don't want to Jay Leno myself if I can help it.

Haha, just let the headers cool off first!
