BAP question

Have a few questions if you guys can help. So last year I installed HFC and a vortech V3si kit on the camaro A6, car ran 12.3@113 on stock 21in wheels/tires. This past friday I installed the 3.47 pulley to raise boost to about 8.5ish, tow links, poly bushings, LCA and drag radials18in.car was maxing out the inj duty over 5800rpm so at 1am I installed a ECS bap, inj duty stays under 80% now. Problem is I went to the track and my AFR is 10.1 at the leanest at WOT pig rich and the car is sluggish. And I ended up running a 13s@105. Didnt think id have to retune after the BAP is this normal? Really made the weekend ďìssapointing. ?

I'm not sure if this helps, as our setups are a bit different, but my BAP doesn't even kick in until I'm at about 125MPH. Then it makes the mix rich for just a small amount of time.

Yes perfectly normal. You have increased your FP, so you will need to compensate for that in the tune.

The ECS BAP works on a Hobbs switch, so you may want to verify that your indeed increasing pressure under boost, and that the BAP is not active all the time.
