Coupe VS convertible interior
Does a coupe interior seat covers fit a convertible? I just purchased a set from this forum, but when doing a search for installation how to's, I found a thread indicating there might be a difference.
Was buying a 2010 coupe 2ss interior going into a 2011 2ss convertible.

A coupe will have a fold down rear seat versus a convertible not.... so I would think front seat no problem, rear most likely ok being from a coupe ....

Are there air bag differences in the front seat of a convertible? I thought the rear seat might be narrower in the convertible.

the vert rear seat is much narrower and has speaker in center of rear back rest. Rear cover will not work

I think the airbags in the convertible front seats aren't the same as the coupe (the coupe has curtain airbags in the roof) and seat covers may interfere with the airbags operating.

Traditionally there are piston panels in a convertible which make the rear seat more narrow vs the same car as a coupe

Is the consensus that the front seat covers from a convertible are the same as a coupe? I'm looking to buy some seat covers from someone and only need the fronts but they are from a convertible and I have a coupe. Thanks for the info!
