Pedders Suspension is slow. 2 months later no refund

my new coil over started leaking. it was sent back to pedders because at a couple months old, it was under warranty.
they made me buy another as a replacement and said they would evaluate and refund my money when they got the old coilover back.

no word yet after numerous emails. over two months...:(

Sorry to hear that you're not getting the service you deserve. That is just not acceptable. Maybe you should try the phone call route, have you pm'd Pete Basilica (JusticePete)himself?

I product and its Warranty is only as good as the guy giving it.

I have bought and also not bought a lot of products through research through this forum.

Unfair company practice get out pretty quick through forums like this. I was actualy looking at pedders Coil overs. Looks like i'm buying Pfadt. Thanks for the heads up.

calls were made, but i'm always being told that they are still evaluating the strut.

Being in the customer service business, I can say that it is often easiest for all involved to just take care of the customer and worry about your bottom line later. You've purchased five units and have four. That would make it pretty easy for me to make a management decision. I wonder why they haven't been able to...?

Like I said earlier, Glad to find this out before I myself spent over 4G's with a company that won't make it right with you.
I am in the parts business, Dragging you through this is bull!

You sell a guy a product. It fails, you replace the product. pretty simple!

I know there are people who have great things to say about Pedders. I would have bought their products. Damn near did. But saying mabe they are too busy to make it right. and yes, obviously you fell through the cracks. Let them know their neglect is being posted on the internet and forums like this. Hopefully that will wake them up to do the right thing.

We had both rear XA's go out on my wife's car. She was complaining it was driving rough over the bumps. We drove it to Indy anyway and when we got there, took it to Raymond's Performance. They looked at it that day. Had to overnight one of the struts but then replaced both on a Saturday. They really took care of us. Only thing I paid for was the alignment and I believe they cut a deal on that as well. I'm sorry to see that you are unhappy with Pedders but we have nothing but praise for them. Seems like they may be slipping a little with SEMA and getting there products out in a timely manner. I hope they take car o you soon.
