PCM-Electric mechanic needed in DFW - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Anyone have a good mechanic in this area that they recommend. I have been chasing a gremlin causing a P0205 code that I believe is tied to a wiring issue between my fuel injector and the PCM. I have been jerked around by two mechanics now who said they would see my car and ghosted me.

I don't know about that item, specifically, but I've been pretty happy on other stuff with the guys at 21st Century Muscle Car in Addison.

I have the same issue and had it towed to the shop today. Awaiting bad news.

How did you make out?

Hey I know it’s a old post, but I’ve got 30yrs experience and your B pcm is commanding the injector to open but not get back signal that the injector opened..shouldn’t be a big deal, it’s a ground or a driver I’d imagine..unless it’s something weird

Listen to see if injector is working by using a long extension putting it up to your ear..no clicking then Worst case just bypass the whole harness injector ground. it’s just one wire ,then check the voltage at the box and the injector ,next get a known good part install it in harness listen to it if the other one wasn’t clicking ..if it runs fine with bypass harness then just go inch by inch on older harness untill you find short break etc..
