So... I just got off live chat with chevy and phone call with my dealership. QC hold is DONE. I am still 3800 and have not hit 4000 yet (awaiting to be shipped) HOWEVER, I was told by both that now my car is "waiting to be assigned to a carrier". So it will hopefully hit 4000 this week.
