Well I got my cam install done yesterday. Did it in my garage on jack stands. Not that much fun for a 60 year old fat guy, but it's done and I did enjoy doing it myself. Took my time and learned a lot. I did the cam, and all supporting springs, seals and titanium retainers, Melling oil pump, C5R chain, LS2 tensioner, ARP bolts etc. Also did the DSX aux pump and E85 sensor. The tuner will install the 1300 injectors before the tune.

Fired it up last night. All sounds good and oil pressure is great. It doesn't want to idle, but the tuner will take care of that. Hoping to be around 725 on corn juice.

Nice work. Be careful running it. I wouldn't even start it unless absolutely necessary.

Thanks. I didn't put the new injectors in. Just ran it on jack stands long enough to get the coolant all topped off.
