I may be wrong but I don't believe early 2010 models came with HUD or the "Ultrasonic Rear Park Assist" (backup warning sensor) - hhhmmm...they do list ultrasonic park assist - and the "fog lights" are only daytime running lights (DRLs). This one's also been modified and isn't being offered as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) for that reason. Someone will correct the facts if I erred.

2010's did not come with HUD (can be added because I did it) but did come with rear park assist.
Pricing is so regional and so car specific that it's difficult to price something on line. Good luck regardless. |

2010 definitely did not come with HUD but could be added afterwards. Very early 2010 did not come with the back up sensors either but about 6 mths into production they did come with backup sensors. About the same time the put in the sensors they stopped putting the GM chicklets on them.
My Camaro was built in January 2010 and I have the backup sensors and do not have the GM chicklets. It's hard to tell for sure from the pictures but it doesn't look as though it has the sensors. It as looks as though it has the GM chicklets. So, with that my guess is it doesn't have either HUD nor backup sensors. HUD I would like to have but not for the money and effort it costs to retrofit. Backup sensors or rear view camera (or both) is pretty much a must in the Camaro. The backup sensors have saved me at least twice from backing into something. One of these days I'll probably add a rear view camera for best of both worlds.

Active Fuel Management (AFM) - "that cylinder deactivation thing" - can be tuned out, which may void most of your powertrain warranty. OR... you can plug in the Range AFM Deactivation unit in the OBD port and accomplish the same thing. The good thing about the Range is it can just be unplugged if you need to go in for service (or should ever want AFM to function again) and the maintainers will never know you use it. It's a great product for $200.

If you were to trade in a 2010 the first thing the salesman is going to tell you is that the 2014 models are out, that translates into your trade being worth less. $25k to $27k max. for the Camaro you're looking at, in my case I wouldn't even pay that because it's an automatic. JMO

There was one near me that was a 2SS, Auto, Convertible that was listed at $35K, i watched the price drop to $28,900 before it sold. Just something to put it in perspective.

You need to shop more or talk them down. Wholesale is 19-24k on one so they are making a fortune off of it at 29k. I'd check the classifieds on here. You can get a better car for less.
