Could be. Did you get a axle back on yet? If so I would defiantly say yes... That sucks, where did it happen???

It happened on SPID. I was like, wow there are so many others going over the limit. I got the ticket. I admit, I was speeding. I just think I got singled out due to what I drive. And unfortunately no exhaust yet. After hearing everyone's set ups, I cannot decide what to get. Probably going with flowmaster, but, the borlas sound good w headers. I will start modding soon though. The furlough is over at ccad!! So I can afford to buy cool stuff once again.

I had noticed they have been out in force on SPID lately. Seem to be alternating between unmarked cars and bikes. I thought for sure I was goinng to get ticketed as I came up an on ramp in the Bluff. Fortunately not tho. Sorry to hear they popped you.

So, I'm looking at this K&N typhoon intake... Is that a really good one? From what I've read it seems like a good deal. Is there another one, for around the same price that is better?

They are a little pricier, but the CAI and ADM intakes are better in my opinion because they have a closed top instead of sealing against the hood.

Can you feel a difference after the install? Also, if I replace the intake, should I get a new throttle body?

That is what I have with the ADM scoop installed. I think it is fine but Im sure its not as good quality as CAI Incs Intake. They are just expensive.

Don't forget the Varram(sp?). It goes over the radiator and is like a true ram air. It has a learning process but the instructions come with it. In 100 miles your set. I had one but sold it and went with CAI and race scoop. The only draw back to Varram is it feels a little lacking in the quality dept. New Era makes one similar that is made if metal rather than plastic like Varram. I would chose New Era of that style but I'm happy with the one I have. If you look around you'll see Varram and CAI tend to be the most popular.

Yeah, the police chief has started some initiative against "aggressive drivers." Why not just enforce the law as it's already written? I don't see how making examples of certain people in certain types of cars makes any decent difference... <Rant over>

I wish they would start enforcing tailgating and driving in the left lane like its an express lane. Nothing worse than having some trucks bumper up you @ss and having someone with nowhere to go tooling along in the left lane keeping pace with the middle lane instead of passing. < rant also off>

Y'all would love it here. Blinker on means there coming over. Room or no room. Watch out. Tailgating is a way of life. As soon as the light turns green every car that is fifth one back or more starts honking horn as if that will make traffic move faster. It's a delight. Glad I'm not driving.

I despise the following things while driving:
1) People going the speed limit or slower in the left lane
2) Tailgating (If I am in my Jeep I will brake check)
3) People cutting me off
4) When you're getting ready to pass someone and you turn your signal on, then the jackass behind you pulls out and goes around you. (I had a cop do this to me this week when I was already starting my move to the other lane. He did not have his lights on and had been following me in the Camaro from FB to Rodd Field. I gave him the one finger wave!)

(Rant over until the next time I drive)
