RDP/DynoSteve experience
I purchased a SCT tuner from RDP on Wednesday and it was delivered Friday. I then emailed and requested a custom tune. Steve responded right away and when I woke up Saturday morning the tune was sitting in my inbox. You can't ask for better service than that!!
