depressed..
so.. after seeing my first red ZL1 on the road Friday, I spent all day yesterday trying to hunt down an available ZL1 and now I read this about the 1LE with all these great upgrades?! I'm already tired of the 2012 SS/RS that I traded up from a V6 model last year.. and it seems like everything I don't like about the SS has been changed (especially the radio!).
Anyway, if anyone has suggestions on how to best go about getting a ZL1 from a local dealer here and not have to pay the extra fees etc, it would be greatly appreciated!! Its either that or time for something other than a camaro..

It's a Dingledarm. It's there to dampen side fumbling. If your marzelvanes fumble too much they can cause total protonic reversal. It gets ugly from there. This is really the biggest problem with the new Camaro. That and the tri-pronged blivot.

1LE package is $3500. I went in to build a 2013 and pricing is now listed in order management.
A 1SS with RS package, NPP exhaust and Boston Acoustics sound will MSRP for $39,775. A 2SS with RS package and NPP exhaust will MSRP for $42,780. |

Any news yet about whether it is possible to delete the matte black hood? I love a car with tossable handling and am very interested, but not with that type of kit advertising its identity. I'd like it configured as a conservative sleeper rather than as a "look at me" teen ride.

I ordered mine today. Don't have to have the options in the order for 3 weeks so I got homework to do quick. Some of you guys bash the black rims but I will say they are easy to clean and don't look dirty after 3 days of driving. I'm glad my ZL1 has black calipers, red is a bummer look on IOM paint. I wish every interior color was available in all exterior colors, don't quite get the limitation. So, perhaps red because of the red calipers. I wish they would do the Carbon Edition, then gray would rock it hard. Dunno , but the OG 1LE was lighter than the non. Manual windows and no A/C. Be awesome if there were no back seats and had a factory roll bar. The Laguna Seca Mustang has that, it's cool as Hell.

What limitations have you found ordering with respect to interior/exterior colors? I am talking to a dealer about a 1LE, but haven't got down to submitting an order. Are there exterior colors not available?
