ARH has seen huge gains with their system and the guys building package cars are using them, I think that speaks volumes about the benefit of ARH in performance and quality.

So not true! Unless you consider 18-20 out of the box with no other mods nothing (HP will be more if the engine can breathe!). That's more than 50% of LT's without the hassle of codes and required tuning to remove those codes. Plus the 35ft lbs of torque...

http://www.camaro5.com/?p=1470

I can tell you from FHE they make a huge difference. I have them on my L99. Things got even better after the C.A.I unit was installed.

Have any Camaro5.com members dynoed their car?

I believe those numbers (18-20) are from the dyno sheet posted by DT shorty headers.

Don't forget Magnaflow has a full page of dyno sheets showing 20 rwhp from their catbacks. While many Camaro5 members are seeing little to no HP from a catback. So I for one don't trust any dyno numbers from the company selling the product.

Dynoed -what was the setup?

We were wondering how much rwhp camaro5 members were making with shorty headers.

We have a good understanding for what long tubes are making, but there's still a debate over how much rwhp shorty headers are making. The claims are 18-20 rwhp. That's seems a little high for shorty headers.

I think the Jannety thread shows us the difference between stated HP and actual HP on the CAIs. I'm not certain, but didn't one make less HP with it it on but claimed 15-20hp?
There are good vendors out there and they get hurt by hyperboyle claims by other vendors.

And as far as headers go, Long tubes! If you can.

What? A dyno sheet showing the gains isn't enough for you?

If you follow the link you would have seen it here:
