To get that kind of gain i am aware i need to add supporting mods. I have spent 10k already (no regrets) so i want to make sure i do what is (needed) to support that kind of power. Im hearing the stock LS3 is a great short block engine all around. So only minimal upgrades are needed. Im hearing if i upgrade the fuel system with a squash fuel system and swap out the valve springs, push rods, and oil pump.. that will suffice.

Please let me know if im correct or help me and give me your opinion on what supporting mods are needed to the LS3 to turn up the boost to give me my 800whp+. Keep in mind i spoke with Cunninham Motorsports and they suggested the squash fuel system upgrade which will give me the capability to run e85.

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to use such a great product as the Hellion TT system. Hats are off!
Ask your shop what they did with your fuse box. And pics! You could also ask their input of what fuel system requirements you'll need. The car is looking good so far.

They put the fuse box underneath the passenger turbo

And Cunningham Motorsports sussested installing a squash fuel system, boost controller, oil pump, custom cam grind kit including valve springs, push rods, timing chain, gaskets, the whole bit.., and a clutch. Already got the price quote. If i do all this i will achieve 800wbp.. especially after i install the squash system and can run e85.
And i know i could go without some of this, but it comes in kits and is useful anyway. Plus Troy from Cunningham has a camaro with same setup and is getting all that horsepower plus some with no problems. Hes really tried every avenue.. such as putting a 3.91 rearend in it only to find that the car ran better with those turbos with the stock 3.45. So he has a lot of useful tips from experience and irs nice to research and find that Cunningham is pretty accurate.

I just want a second opinion before i drop the 7700.00 for parts.. and then labor and tune of course

Yeah, standard location 4/5ths of us are running. Not the most ideal location, but without a lot more work about the only option.

Car looks good man, get us some numbers when you get them yourself.

Hello!

Thank you for the kind words. We have worked very hard on this system and we know you will love it!

This is a very efficient package and can support the 800 goal you have easily.

An aftermarket return system is the ultimate for an E85 build, and can handle over 1000 rwhp with the proper injectors.

We have made over 700 on gas with a JMS voltage booster and a stock fuel system.

It just depends on the route you want to go. Cunningham is very experienced and will lead you in the right direction.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Team Hellion

We have some smaller logos we send in the kit but we can make some larger windshield types depending on width.

Can i pick the design? Would you mind if i created my own with a company that does stickers and decals? I kind of want it to look like the the one mounted on the side of the engine cover, maybe with a little orange added. And i wanted it to go across most of the top of the windshield. I know "Hellion" isnt a very long word lol so ill just work with what i can.
Let me know what you think. Alologies, you probably have more important things on your agenda.

Anyone in Phoenix running this kit on a true daily driver through the summer? I am curious about how things held up to our heat in addition to the TT heat within the compartment.

Running this in NY so completely different climate but underhood heat shouldnt be a problem with the right supporting mods. I have coated pipes, turbo blankets and plug wire boots. A seibon vented hood would also be something you should look at if youre looking for more protection.
