Do you guys think $39,000 not including tax and license is reasonable for this

Trying to get it to $36,000, but not sure its doable

A lot will depend on the dealership and the amount of inventory they move as well as what discounts if any you qualify for as these are savings for you but the dealer doesn't lose any money.

However in theory it is doable. I just paid $36,500 for a brand new 2015 SS 1LE and msrp was $42,240. I did however qualify for a loyalty discount as I was trading in another chevy product. I also drove from CT to VA for the deal but was well worth it.
