381HP on L99 Stock does not seem right at all.

Is that what you dyno'd to the wheels? if so, I would discount your new RWHP rating.

L99 should be less than 320hp RWHP stock.

The important number is the gain. All dyno's read different but a gain of 67HP sounds great. Even if he went to another dyno and baselined 330... he'd probably still be looking at similar 65ish hp gains on that dyno too.

Seems high to me as well...heck, very few, if any LS3s are pulling 381hp stock!

Either way, the difference is a nice gain...you picked up 67 hp total with those mods!

we had 448 cavalli from 381 we must convert on HP.
CV * 0.735 = kW
CV * 0.986 = HP

Glad to see you are happy with your new era otr intake! Our kit has the coldest intake air temps out there which is best for hotter weather areas.

Do you have any number on the intake temps? I live in the Cayman Islands and the normall temps around here are in the 80-90's. I noticed before but the other day when I popped the hood and touched the intake it was freaking hot from the heat in the engine compartment. Will this affect the air intake temps?

Yes this is normal as engine bay components get hot due to the engine bay temps, the air traveling through it is not affected especially when you are driving (not just sitting at idle) because air is traveling through it at a higher speed. The air being sucked in with our OTR kit is coming from a completely unique location that our kit creates by tilting the radiator, which is from outside the engine bay. So, no worries. There have now been (2) independent CAI tests, and both have revealed that the New Era OTR intake system draws the coldest IAT, and also the quickest response in IAT drop to ambient once acceleration occurs.

That is going to depend on your driving habits ultimately. But city mileage will change very little, 1 mpg if any, and highway mileage can change 1-3 mpg over the stock AFM calibration. AFM can also be calibrated to come on more often, or also only above certain vehicle speeds as well.
