10 cars with the most deaths per million sales

The chances of dying in a crash in a late-model vehicle have fallen by more than a third in three years, the latest IIHS calculations of driver death rates show. Among 2011 models, a record nine vehicles have driver death rates of zero. However, the gap between the safest and riskiest models remains wide, and three cars have death rates exceeding 100 per million registered vehicle years. Here are the 10 cars with the worst figures.

At first I thought maybe it had something to do with the way the cars were being driven, but there aren't any Mustangs or Chargers on that list.

What's interesting is that the 2015 Camaro gets a 5-start safety rating from JD Power. From their web site: "According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the 2015 Camaro Coupe gets the highest 5-star rating in every crash-test assessment, including rollover resistance. That's a fairly rare performance".

From what I've been seeing/reading about camaro driver deaths has mostly been self inflicted.

Top selling cars for each brand have a higher chance of deaths? Sounds like more of each sold, less chance of someone dying in let's say... a geo metro. Tell me more.
