Mine sounds less like a sewing machine and more like a typewriter lol. Honestly, I can really only hear it when I pass a wall or something that echoes the sound back at me, mostly between 1200-1800rpm. Nice and quiet at idle though. Stock LS7 lifters on mine.

I don't know if this link is going to work or not but here it goes. So I just got a baseline dyno done at Torqqe Performance. So I get home and noticed they only revved the engine to 5800 rpm and Ryan says the limiter is set to 7300 rpm. Am I reading this right?

Link won't work for me, I don't have IG. My guess is that they would only pull it to around there do to being a stock tune and they are seeing what needs to be changed in the baseline parameters from the stock tune to the "new" tune, when they get everything done, then they will install the new one and pull it out to redline or where it stops pulling after everything is done. That's what we did with mine. Ran 5 pulls to get everything done, first one was only to 6500, then worked his way up to 7500.

Here is the dyno run. Line I said it made 411rwhp but only at 5800 rpm. So there is more to go. Especially after the tune.

On 93 it was at 6800. On E85 it was at 6600.
Yours should be good to about 6200 without an issue. But supporting mods do factor in as well.

I'm running the LOD intake and all the supporting valve train goodies and we ran her out to 7500 and it was still wanting to make power, but we stopped there for safety and longevity for the engine. On the stock intake it was right around 6600 it fell off...

Hey guys I think if I'm going to get a dyno tune I'm going to go to Henderson Performance because the guys at Torqqe Performance seemed a little bit amateur. And I asked them if I would benefit from a dyno tune and he said he didn't know and didn't ask me anything about the cam. He didn't even know I was cammed which I don't know how he didn't know with the way the car sounds. But now I'm wondering if I should just save my money up for a intake and throttle body? Or should I just go ahead with a tune because Ryan at gpi said there should be a little left in it with a good tuner. I'm 19 hp away from my goal because I wanted to make at least 430rwhp. Do you guys think that I could pick up 19 hp from the dyno tune? And how much do you think that I could pick up from a good intake and throttle body?
