Huron Speed single turbo install
Thought I would show a few steps and problems with my Huron Speed single turbo installation. Hopefully this will help others and make your install go smoothly.

This pic shows how I installed an air filter. I used a Cobra head on the turbo, then a four inch 90 degree aluminum elbow to an eight inch K&N cone filter.

Here is what I did for a coolant overflow tank since they don't include one in the kit anymore. I bought a generic one liter tank from Amazon and drilled two higher mounting holes, and installed two nutserts on the car to bolt it in with a couple of 6mm bolts. I used the brass reducer from Jegs to connect the hose since the tank uses 3/8 hose and the hose coming from the radiator is a bit smaller.

I had to weld another bung in since the one that was there is in the wrong position, it puts the O2 sensor against the floorboard. The new one is clocked about 30 degrees away from the old one. I had this pipe coated, so it was a bit difficult to weld, but I think it will be okay.

I had to change the turbo drain fitting to the extended one. With the short one piece fitting, you couldn't tighten the drain hose A/N line end. It hit the turbo housing. Extending it a bit was the cure.

Connecting the heater hoses was a little different since I had changed the stock ones years ago. I clocked (or twisted) the aluminum pipes about 75 degrees, and used some silicone hoses I got from DO88, the same place I got the Cobra head from.

Here is where I ended up mounting the Mighty Mouse catch can since I'm running out of room under the hood. I made a bracket out of quarter inch plate steel and threaded the lower holes for 1/4-20 bolts, drilled the top holes for 6mm bolts and mounted it using rivnuts through a half inch spacer. I had to drop it down for hood clearance and so I could route the hoses. A tight fit for sure.

One more slight problem, the exhaust manifold flanges are just a bit too big. If I had to do it over, I would grind away some material around the access where the spark plugs are. A couple of cylinders are really tight trying to get the spark plug socket onto the plugs. I found a socket with a thinner wall that makes it a little easier.
