Injen V6 true cold air intake
It looks like these are getting ready to be released. The claimed gains are impressive. Auto Everything is showing these at $320 and shipping next week. I've been waiting for a system that gets the filter out of the engine compartment and Injen appears to be the first. Anybody got any other info on these? |

Injen makes great stuff. Only problem with the true CAI is the long tubing. I prefer the shorter tubing like the short ram so the air doesn't have to travel as far.

I've had AEM cold air intakes in the past on other vehicles that put the filter literally inches off the ground with no problems. If you live in an area with lots of rain an the possibility of standing water, it might be a concern. You could always stick a bypass valve between the pipes if you're worried about it. |

16 hp is a pretty bold claim for a CAI on a V6.

Looks a lot like the one Fastlane did for the V8's.
