Does anyone know the part number for the plate that inserts into the bushing?

Does not show that part separately. You'd have to buy the whole bushing insert thing. Call some junkyards.

Thanks guys. I'm having a hard time getting the stock bushings off of them, so I was wondering if they were able to be purchased.
