You going to need to invest in a quite a bit if you want to make 700whp safely. I would recommend swapping out your engine or forging the one you currently have. With a cam and turning up the boost on the procharger, you can get 650, but you should upgrade your fuel system and injectors as well. There are a lot of different options for fuel systems and upgrading your motor internals. I'm sure a vendor will post up shortly and be able to answer specific questions about certain products.
It would also be helpful to post up details on what kind of power you are currently making and your car specs.
