you didn't have to. a little bit of dish soap & elbow grease and the hose slides right on. I had no issues with mine and I did not buy a reducer.

I hope their emails back to you weren't going to your junk mail. As a business owner that has been a headache for me. People start lodging complaints through paypal because they are not getting my business emails that have been going to their junk folder. Just a thought.

Nope just to check I went in and changed my password and I got an email from them. I also left a message on their phone. I am not the only one, there are several other threads where people went through the same.

What fittings would I need pre-order for stainless steel tubing and red/blue connector fittings that I see others installed on here. Also what would you suggest single or dual valve RX catch can for a 2013 ZL1?
